Puja Patel

Hi! My name is Puja Patel, and I am a second-year Master’s in Social Work (MSW) student with a passion for supporting youth and families, particularly in the area of mental health.

I’m currently completing my internship in mental health services at Yaqub Counseling Services, where I’m committed to providing compassionate, supportive, and client-centered care. I’m guided by the mindset “Leave your doubt at the door”—a value I carry both in my work with clients and in my own personal and professional growth.

Outside of the therapy space, I enjoy journaling, cooking, photography, and creating art as ways to recharge and stay inspired.
