Introducing the Provider

I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Kutztown University. I am passionate about supporting clients from diverse backgrounds, with a particular interest in working with children and adolescents navigating trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, and behavioral challenges.

My approach to counseling is integrative and evidence-based, meaning I tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs. I enjoy incorporating play therapy techniques when working with children processing trauma or behavioral concerns. I also integrate mindfulness practices to support emotional regulation and anxiety management, along with cognitive-behavioral strategies to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns.

As a counselor-in-training, I value collaboration, curiosity, and growth. I believe therapy is a shared journey, and I am committed to learning alongside my clients while providing compassionate, ethical, and attentive care. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and empowering environment where you feel heard, respected, and encouraged to explore your experiences openly.

I provide services at a reduced fee or no cost under the supervision of a licensed clinician.

I look forward to supporting you on your path toward healing and growth
