Therapeutic Approach

In her practice, Alexandra emphasizes the importance of breath and mindfulness, aiming to empower clients to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and self-awareness. She is committed to fostering a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors without judgment.

In addition to individual therapy, Alexandra offers Couples Therapy, providing a compassionate and structured space for partners to improve communication, deepen emotional connection, and work through relational challenges together.

She also incorporates Nature Therapy as one of her healing modalities. Nature Therapy involves using the natural world as a setting and inspiration for therapeutic work. Whether through outdoor sessions or nature-based mindfulness techniques, this approach helps clients ground themselves, reduce stress, and foster a deeper connection to their inner and outer worlds.
